The working flow of the PE, PP plastic building templates production line:
1.The process of the recycling material.
First divided into different type, such as PP,HDPE,LLDPE,LDPE,PVC. Then crushing, cleaning and drying.
2.The regeneration of the recycling material
Put various fillers and additives into recycling materials according to different formula. And then use single screw extruder make granule for standby.

4. The analysis and quality controlling process.
The accurate analysis of the recycled material and renewable material which is the precondition of the next step process, after quality inspection, the template can be sent to market.
